Dedicated Resource (Terms & Conditions)

Agreement for Hiring Dedicated Resource

This Agreement is made and entered into on a particular date by and between TraceNcode (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") and Customer (hereinafter referred to as "Client").

1. Scope of Services: The Client agrees to hire a dedicated resource from the Service Provider for development services on technologies including but not limited to Python, Django, Odoo, Flask, Pyramid, Django Rest Framework, React, Node.js, Flutter, AI/ML, Tailwind CSS, and React Native (hereinafter referred to as "Dedicated Developer").

2. Terms of Engagement:

• The Dedicated Developer will work exclusively for the Client on a monthly basis.
• Work schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
• Daily working hours: 8 hours per day.
• National holidays observed by the Service Provider will be non-working days.

3. Payment Terms:

• The Client agrees to make immediate payment upon receipt of the invoice.
• All payments are non-refundable, irrespective of project status or duration of engagement.

4. Leave Policy:

• In the event of medical leaves exceeding 3 consecutive working days, the Service Provider will replace the Dedicated Developer with another qualified developer.
• For medical leaves of 3 days or less, the leave will be adjusted without replacement.

5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.

6. Termination Clause: This agreement can be terminated by either party with a prior notice period of 30 days.

7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through mutual discussion. Failing this, disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Indore.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.You should update this document to reflect your T&C.
