1. Software Subscriptions or Licenses
For any software subscriptions, licenses, or ongoing services provided by TraceNcode Technologies, the following terms apply:

- 30-Day Cancellation Window: You may cancel your subscription or license at any time within 30 days from the start of the billing cycle. In such cases, you will receive a full refund for the unused portion of the service, minus any processing fees.

- After 30 Days: Cancellations made after the initial 30-day period are non-refundable. However, you may discontinue using the service at any time, and you will not be billed for the next billing cycle.

- Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, a refund will only be issued if cancellation occurs within the first 30 days of the subscription term. After that, no refund is available, but you may continue using the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Custom Development or Consulting Services
For any custom software development, consulting services, or projects that have been initiated, the following applies:

- Project Start Date: If the work has not yet commenced or the initial consultation has not been conducted, you may cancel with a full refund of any upfront fees paid.

- Post-Project Start: If the development or consulting services have already begun, you will be liable for a cancellation fee which covers any time and resources already spent on the project. The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.

- Non-refundable Deposits: Any deposit or advance payment made before the start of a project is non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services or products.
3. Maintenance & Support Services
For ongoing maintenance and support contracts:

- Monthly Services: You may cancel your maintenance and support services with a 15-day notice period. The service will remain active until the end of the current month, and no future charges will apply.

- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): For AMCs, a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation. Refunds for unused services will be processed on a pro-rata basis, minus any applicable administrative or processing fees.
