Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Odoo development, customization, implementation, and client interactions. You will be responsible for understanding business processes, proposing Odoo-based solutions, and developing/customizing modules to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules based on business needs.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules using Python, XML, and JavaScript.
- Design and implement custom workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using APIs.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Conduct user training, UAT, and provide post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Optimize existing Odoo applications for performance and scalability.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
- Strong knowledge of Python, Odoo Framework, XML, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience in Odoo module development and customization.
- Understanding of Odoo business modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, CRM, and HR.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Odoo implementation and migration projects.
- Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of Linux server environments and Odoo deployment is a plus.
